Hebrews 6:19–20
19 "This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, 20 where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."
And now we come full circle back to this Melchizedek who was first introduced to us at the end of chapter 5. Jesus is a priest! He's a priest like Melchizedek! The writer will soon explain that to us. Today praise Jesus for being your High Priest. Praise Him for interceding for you before the Father. Praise Him for securing your hope.
PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH FAMILY
